Overview:
High-stepping, fast-paced dance standards flow throughout this aerobic workout tape from Parade video. Follow along with the All-American girls, who hoof their way into peak physical condition. Dance routines include the Robocop, Go-Go, Steppin' and just Hanging Out. While the steps are intense, there is a beginner level to warm-up before kicking it into high gear with the more advanced versions. This 30-minute workout takes the boredom out of getting into shape, by taking the viewer outside the gym and puts them into the dance halls.
